In a safe and supportive environment, we will explore the many facets of grief - the loss of a loved one, job, community, health, any type of grief - by reading short passages and poems about grief as our guide. This will be followed by writing and collage exercises that will allow each participant to investigate and express their own grief experience.  This workshop will also include guided movement and meditation to support the release and transformation of grief.
