During this workshop, Older Adult Behavioral Health specialist Angela Franklin will discuss and answer questions about advance care directives, POLSTs, after-death care directives, and conversations with loved ones.  Participants will leave with the knowledge to ensure end-of-life and after-death wishes are honored.
